Here are a few easy steps to having your own beauty bar event:

* 1. Get together with several of your friends to plan the event - All of these friends need to have some interest in health and beauty in order for this to work.

* 2. Outline what types of treatments that everybody wants to try - At a professional beauty bar, sometimes the hostess brings in someone to do botox or laser hair removal. In this case, you will need to go slightly lower key. You can bring your own favorite homemade treatments for everyone to try.

* 3. Have separate sessions for each treatment. - You might want to have a beauty treatment where you give each other facials and then a glamour session in which you will try new types of looks and makeup. Everybody will bring a single product to give to each session.

* 4. You should make sure you have the all the right supplies - You are going to need facial cleaning towelettes, mirrors, great lighting, throw away makeup brushes, and a camera. If you are going to do before and after shots, you might also want a cloth, to “glam up” the pictures.

Now, all you need is to set a time and a location for your event. Your friends will have a really great time learning about new products and sampling new beauty treatments at your own beauty bar.
