What is the best colon cleansing product to use?

Hi yall. My husband and I are wanting to use a colon cleansing product. Does anyone know which is the best one to use? There are so many different brands out there. I would really prefer to hear from someone that has actually used one and why they feel it's best. Thanks yall.
