What’s the best colon cleanse product to use?

With so many different colon cleansing products on the market with a HUGE difference in price (.00 up to 0.00) how does one go about picking one? I want one that works, but I'd rather not pay 0.00. I've read tons on the internet so now I'd like to know YOUR personal experiences with specific products. Which have you used, which do you like, which don't you like and why. Please only those who have done a cleansing answer. Thanks!
